Coffee Date's Lofi Café is Open for Beats
Lofi Cafe: Nintendo Beats is Coffee Date’s collection of relaxing lofi arrangements featuring music from Nintendo games including Donkey Kong Country, Kirby, Animal Crossing, Star Fox, Pikmin, The Legend of Zelda, and Super Mario.
Coffee Date combines lofi beats with piano, xylophone, strings, winds, and percussion. The 12 track album explores different textures within the same relaxed framework. “In Love” uses swelling strings and wind instruments for a sweet, joyful arrangement, while “Gourmet Race” moves at a quicker pace with piano, xylophone, and strings. “Star Fox Menu” builds around driving snare and swelling strings, giving the album one of its more energetic arrangements. “New Horizons” combines strings, driving drums, and birdsong for a bright outdoor atmosphere.
Produced by Coffee Date, Lofi Cafe: Nintendo Beats continues a GameChops catalog that includes the Zelda-focused Hyrule Café series, the Nintendo nostalgia of Wii Chill, and the acoustic-orchestral arrangements of Stardew & Chill 2. Across these releases.
Coffee Date has developed a lofi sound built around live and organic instrumentation, bringing that same approach to 12 Nintendo favorites on Lofi Cafe: Nintendo Beats. The Lofi Cafe is open so grab a coffee and stay awhile!
