What did I think of them:

The Ripper frames lean hard into the comic‑book shading and bold outlines that define Borderlands’ art style. The Bandit Smoke colourway gives them a gritty, scavenged‑from‑a‑Psycho aesthetic without tipping into novelty cosplay.

The lens performance is where GUNNAR always earns its keep. The Sun lens tint in the Bandit Smoke version is designed for outdoor screen use, meaning 100% UV protection, blue‑light blocking for phones, Steam Decks, Switch, etc, G‑Shield coating to reduce reflections and smudges and enhanced contrast and clarity in bright environments. They’re not just sunglasses, they’re sunglasses built for people who still want to check Discord, scroll, or game outside without squinting.

You can choose amber, or sun tints depending on whether you want everyday sunglasses or gaming glasses. I had the sun tints that were perfect for my long commutes to and from work when the sun is blasting down (admittedly not as much here in the UK as in other parts of the world though!).
