Orchestral Soundtracks, San Diego's community videogame and anime orchestra, in partnership with Scarlet Moon, is pleased to announce the Orchestral Soundtracks 2026 Spring Concert set to take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at the Canyon Crest Academy. As a community orchestra, tickets to the event will be available on a first-come first-serve basis for free. The orchestra was founded in 2023 and is comprised of volunteer musicians from across San Diego county with a passion for videogame and anime music. They've hosted annual performances and appear at events throughout Southern California, and look forward to performing their unique arrangements of fan favorites alongside some new game music from the past year. Selections will include music from Xenoblade Chronicles, Genshin Impact, Haruhi Suzumiya, Homestuck, Frieren, Arcane, Beastars, and more. Tickets are available now:
"OST came together through a mutual love for music from games and anime, and we wanted to create a space to rehearse and perform together," notes OST co-founder Charles Li. "
The musicians have diverse backgrounds, including those who are classically trained, self-taught, have played their instrument their whole lives, or are learning a new one. Some of our favorite soundtracks are those of Frieren: Beyond Journey's End, FINAL FANTASY, NieR, and Xenoblade Chronicles. We also enjoy pieces from the Hoyoverse games and Ghibli films.”
This year's event will also include San Diego's own game music record labels, Scarlet Moon Records and Streaming Arrow Records.
Photos from past events can be seen below.

Formed in September 2023, Orchestral Soundtracks (OST) is a San Diego community orchestra for members to arrange and perform music from their favorite soundtracks. A group of musicians who came together through their college orchestra decided they wanted to continue playing, arranging, and conducting. They formed OST to provide that opportunity to everyone. OST aims to bring to life the artistic expression and emotional depth of both soundtrack music and musicians through live performance.
