Scarlet Moon Records and composer Eric Benaim are thrilled to make available the highly-anticipated soundtrack to the game known as Elsie.

"We'd been following Elsie with admiration for years, we immediately fell in love with the vibrant visual style and the incredible soundtrack by Eric Benaim. After talking about working together for years, I'm thrilled to collaborate with Eric to get this incredible soundtrack out to fans. I hope everyone loves it as much as I do."

The game was developed by Knight Shift Games and published by Platonic Friends, Elsie is a fast-paced, action, platformer game, filled with procedurally generated levels, with an army of robots to blast through and a wide scope of item and weaponry to make each run unique.

The Elsie soundtrack has an eclectic mix of influences from Hard Rock, Salsa, Merengue, Rumba and Venezuelan Waltz, some of the songs have even had a synthesizer solo thrown into the mix as well. Also the soundtrack has several bonus tracks to listen to, which are alternates to some of the original songs.

Having listened to the soundtrack myself, I feel like I've gone back to relive my childhood years, playing Mega Man, Streets of Rage and Sonic the Hedgehog, all combined on one playlist.

It has been really enjoyable to listen to and has brought back a lot of good memories from my younger years.

I'm now actually wanting to play the game Elsie and relive listening to the music all over again, whilst blasting robots and bosses and see how the music intertwines into the game.

Overall, it's defiantly worth listening to and I personally recommend it.
